3. Appointments and Bookings

  • All appointments are subject to availability and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • We require a valid credit card (or other accepted payment method) to secure most appointments, especially color, extensions, or longer services.
  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
    • Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice (or 48 hours for certain premium/longer services—check your confirmation email) will not incur a fee.
    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the booked service amount.
    • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the booked service amount.
    • Late arrivals (>15 minutes) may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, and may still incur full or partial charges.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion (e.g., due to safety concerns, prior policy violations, or inappropriate behavior).

4. Payments and Pricing

  • Prices listed on the Site are in USD and subject to change without notice.
  • All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
  • You authorize us (or our processor) to charge the card provided for the full amount of services/products, including any applicable cancellation/no-show fees, taxes, or tips.
  • Gratuity is not included in listed prices and is at your discretion.

5. Services and Health/Safety

  • All services are performed by licensed professionals to the best industry standards.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if, in our professional opinion, a treatment is unsafe or unsuitable (e.g., due to medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, hair/scalp condition, or prior chemical damage).
  • Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or previous reactions before services begin.
  • Patch tests may be required for certain color/chemical services.

6. Products

  • Any products sold through the Site are subject to availability.
  • All sales of retail products (e.g., hair care, extensions) are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
