Late & Deposit Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for all scheduled clients, please review the following policy before booking:

• A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service balance.

• Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be required to reschedule.

• In the case of arriving more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
